Twisted Lemon Tallow Bar

If you like citrus and floral this is a great bar for you. With a heavy lavender scent topped with a twist of lemon, this is a lovely calming yet invigorating combo.

Aloe Vera Juice: Aloe vera's saponins and enzymes help kill bacteria that cause breakouts and remove dead skin. It has vitamins A, C, and E which neutralize free radicals that damage skin and speed up aging. Aloe vera's juice nourishes skin and makes it more supple as well it can help prevent wrinkles and make skin more elastic and help with sunburn relief and healing.

Annatto powder: rich in antioxidants like beta-carotene and vitamin C, can offer skin benefits such as natural skin brightening, reducing hyperpigmentation, and promoting a radiant complexion. It's also known for its calming properties, potentially soothing inflamed skin and helping with conditions like sunburn, eczema, psoriasis, and acne. 

Ingredients: saponified grass-fed tallow, aloe vera juice, therapeutic-grade essential oil blend of lemon, lavender, peppermint, annatto powder

About Our Tallow:

We locally source only the highest quality suet to render into tallow. It is rendered by hand in small batches. Tallow is a skin-nourishing, ancient remedy for skincare. It is abundant in vitamins A, D, E, and K, and is closer to our own skin on a cellular level than any plant based oil. Our skin recognizes it as its own sebum, and readily absorbs it. In fact, sebum is the Latin word for tallow!
