About Our Tallow:
We locally source only the highest quality suet to render into tallow. It is rendered by hand in small batches. Tallow is a skin-nourishing, ancient remedy for skincare. It is abundant in vitamins A, D, E, and K, and is closer to our own skin on a cellular level than any plant based oil. Our skin recognizes it as its own sebum, and readily absorbs it. In fact, sebum is the Latin word for tallow. Tallow makes a unique soap bar, it creates a creamy, gentle lather in a long lasting bar.
